At Raj Farm and Nursery, we take pride in delivering healthy plants and high-quality gardening products to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

 

1. Live Plants  
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for plants once delivered. However, if your plant arrives damaged, diseased, or dead, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

 

2. Gardening Tools & Accessories  

Unused and unopened tools or accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

For Damaged or Dead Plants:
- If your plant arrives damaged, dead, or incorrect, you are eligible for a 100% refund or replacement.
- You must share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Tools & Accessories:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within **7–10 business days

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Customized orders
- Gift cards
- Fertilizers, soils, and opened packets of seeds
- Discounted or clearance items

2. Include your **Order ID, photos of the item**, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

 

🛑 Important Notes
- Raj Farm and Nursery is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party delivery partners after dispatch.
- We do not accept returns or refunds based on **natural variations** in color, size, or plant growth — all plants are unique!
- Please ensure someone is available to receive live plants on the day of delivery.
