1. Delivery Coverage  
We currently deliver across most major cities and towns in India.  
Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may experience limitations or delays.

2. Order Processing Time  
- Orders are typically processed within **1–3 business days**.
- Live plants are packed with care to ensure freshness and survival during transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Time  
- Maharashtra: 2–4 working days 
- Metro Cities:3–7 working days  
- Other Areas:5–10 working days  

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges  
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or for bulk orders.

5. Tracking Orders  
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery of Live Plants  
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, especially for live plants. Plants left outside due to unattended delivery may wilt or die, which is not covered under our refund policy.

7. Damaged or Late Delivery  
If your product arrives damaged or significantly delayed, notify us within **24 hours** of delivery with clear photos at:
